Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our technology team and play a key role in designing and delivering automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• Certifications such as UiPath Certified Automation Developer Associate or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) are an advantage
• 12 years of hands-on experience with automation tools (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere)
• Experience designing and implementing RPA solutions with scalability and maintainability
• Knowledge of Agile practices (SAFE, SCRUM, KANBAN) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools like ServiceNow
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring high-quality outcomes
