Devoteam is a global leading player in Digital Transformation, seeking an IT Support specialist for its Automotive Sector in Porto, Portugal. The successful candidate will provide first and second-line IT support, manage user accounts, and perform system operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Solid experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence
- Strong proficiency in GitHub, including version control, branching strategies, and code review workflows
- Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-based environments
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software systems
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and autonomy
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and execute tasks accurately
- Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
