The AV Support Lead will oversee coordination with stakeholders to ensure seamless A/V support experience for various events and meetings. The role requires a solid understanding of technology support, network, and audio/video technologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience; 10+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of A/V technologies and operations
- Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and relationship management skills
- Strong experience with IP networking and CCNP certification
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SharePoint) for ticket tracking, documentation, daily dashboards
