The AV Support Lead will oversee coordination with various stakeholders to ensure seamless A/V support experience. The role requires a solid understanding of technology support landscape, network, and audio/video technologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience; 10+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of A/V technologies and operations
- Strong experience with IP networking and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SharePoint)
