Requirements
- Makes recommendations regarding new technologies, tools and techniques
- Assists in managing the IT Infrastructure budget
- Oversees the development and execution of processes
- Directs the staffing and performance management of IT infrastructure positions
- Works with third party vendor relationships
- Conversant at a high level in all areas of infrastructure design/integration
- Develop standards and implement procedures for service desk personnel
- Provides management guidance for monitoring requirements
- Responsible for management key vendors such as ServiceNow
- Reviews and assists in the creation of policies and procedures
