This role involves leading a global team, identifying and qualifying high-potential deals, and acting as a central hub for cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software industry (consulting, GTM, direct sales)
  • 10+ years of consultative direct sales experience with Enterprise accounts
  • 5+ years in leadership or sales leadership with a track record of coaching
  • 2+ years of experience in large deals, corporate strategy, or business development
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and automation
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
