AVP, ITIL Architect, Technology Governance & Control Team

The Technology Governance & Control Team at SMBC Singapore is seeking a highly skilled ITIL Architect to design and deliver high-quality IT services that align with the organization's business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience in IT service and asset management operations and processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes; ITIL certification is preferred.
• Experience with IT service and asset management tools, particularly ServiceNow.
• Experience in system design and development of such tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices with relevant certification is highly advantageous
• Strong technical and process knowledge in IT service management with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Understanding of infrastructure, including cloud technologies, is advantageous.
