DoiT is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented AWS Product Support Specialist/Billing Specialist to provide world-class SaaS application support. The role involves working with customers to solve technical issues, managing tickets, and contributing to knowledge base documentation. The team operates remotely in Colombia or Costa Rica.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical support role
- 2+ years with AWS Billing
- Deep understanding of AWS Billing concepts
- AWS Billing tools (Cost Explorer, Savings Plan, Reserved Utilization)
- Strong knowledge of AWS Billing concepts
- Experience creating/enhancing Product Support documentation
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer software problems
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer documentation problems
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
