Azure Cloud Engineer & Product Owner

Hitachi Rail is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer & Product Owner to join their Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) in London. The role involves planning, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS Native services. The successful candidate will have experience with Azure cloud platform, IaaS and PaaS solutions, and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner for Cloud services
• Detailed technical understanding of the Azure cloud platform
• Excellent experience with Microsoft Azure, including design, deployment, configuration, and optimization
• Experience with IaaS and PaaS solutions
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Python, and PowerShell
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Azure CLI, Puppet, and Ansible
• Ability to be able to deliver training material, process briefings, requirements capture, etc. to small and large audiences
• Prior experience and involvement in business transformation or integration activities
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture and services
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and ServiceNow
