BAU Analyst - D365 Transformation Program

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BAU Analyst to join our Business-As-Usual (BAU) team within the D365 Transformation Program. This role is critical in supporting the stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a BAU, support, or functional analyst role within ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Fluent French is mandatory; English is also required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Jira) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management is advantageous.
