Apple is seeking a Benefits Analyst to process all AMR and international employee benefits, government legal form requests, and comply with policies. The role involves collaboration with various US-based benefit vendors, legal teams, and talent mobility programs. The position requires fluency in Russian, strong analytical and auditing skills, and proficiency in HR systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Law, Business Analytics or related field
- 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in the Russian language
- 1 year of experience in reviewing benefit/legal form requirements and policy guidelines
- 1 year of experience in auditing and configuring HR to the payroll system
- Experience processing in Amalgam, WorkDay, ServiceNow, and GV systems
- Experience reporting Ad Hoc Benefits metrics
- Experience examining benefit and leave-related HR system transactions
