We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a BGSW_PLM_ADMIN_PUN. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, 4-7 years of professional experience, and expertise in PLM, ticketing tools, Python, and SQL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
- 4-7 years’ professional experience
- PLM Experience is preferred
- Knowledge on ticketing tools preferably ServiceNow
- Experience in working L1 and L2 tickets
- Knowledge of Python and SQL
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
