As a Brand Naming Coordinator at EY, you will support the Global Brand Identity and Protection Senior Manager in managing a review and approval process for EY product and solution names. This role is designed for individuals eager to apply their skills in brand architecture and to gain experience working with lawyers to manage a complex intellectual property portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage dozens of naming requests at once, each one in various stages of review
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort with delivering constructive feedback, including the rationale for any rejection of names by leadership
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with intellectual property considerations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft M365 including Teams and Excel
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Flexible to Support various Global Time Zones
