Reevo is seeking a Builder – Customer Support Lead to be the frontline of the company's customer experience. This role focuses on resolving customer issues, educating users, and representing the voice of the customer across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach, working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Support, Product Support, or Technical Support role—preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience leading support operations across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Experience scaling teams, building playbooks, training materials and managing SLAs
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a comfort in web-based applications and cloud platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar and customer empathy

Requirements Summary

4+ years customer support experience, or in B2B SaaS. Strong communication & problem-solving skills. Experience in scaling, team building & SLAs
