The Business Analyst - Payroll is responsible for prioritizing requests for HRIS and Electronic Timecard (ETC) team functionalities, including requirements gathering, prioritization, collaboration, and management. This role involves streamlining HR processes and improving data quality for reporting and informational use within Dayforce and ETC.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience processing payroll on a major HCM platform
- Experience working in a corporate environment promoting a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize to meet competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability in streamlining processes to improve effectiveness
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiation, reasoning, problem solving, and influence
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, IT, or a related field
