• Good understanding of systems used in a services organization
• Seasoned understanding of and experience with ITIL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology
• Project management certification
• Professional in Business Analysis certification
• IIBA Membership
• Relevant technology certification(s)
• Seasoned experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment
• Seasoned experience as a system administrator or developer
• Seasoned experience in a Services business with a Systems Integrator
• Seasoned experience in business requirement gathering, use case definition, process mapping, and implementing new services and systems
