SoFi is seeking a Business Analyst to join their GRC team, focusing on improving risk and compliance processes within the ServiceNow IRM platform. This role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technology team, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting User Acceptance Testing. The ideal candidate will be a leader in GRC and have strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in risk, compliance, audit, or GRC programs
- Experience working in the financial industry
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and frameworks
- Experience working with GRC platforms (ServiceNow, particularly in IRM)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Proven ability to lead meetings and follow through on action items
- Proficiency in documenting user stories, process flows, and requirements in ServiceNow Agile Development
