Business Analyst Senior (user administration and Access Control)

We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Business Analyst Senior to join our Access & Entitlements team within BPSTA - Global Shared Services. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in user administration and Access Control, with a focus on FIS applications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in user administration and Access Control
• Flexible with shifts, including night shifts
• Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tool a plus
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
