Business Analyst (Ultimo)

ToScale is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business operations and IT&D, focusing on standardizing and aligning the Ultimo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tool. This role involves identifying business needs, defining best practices, and transforming Ultimo into a reliable enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at process mapping, communication, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (3–5 years)
• Hands-on Ultimo knowledge (BA or configurator level)
• Strong analytical, process mapping, and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Understanding of Agile and/or DevOps delivery environments
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
