Business Analytics Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to develop and maintain AI-powered internal tools, build ETL pipelines, and collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to identify high-value AI use cases. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales organizations or sales business processes and a proven track record of building and deploying AI agents or automation tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales organizations or sales business processes

• Strong understanding of data engineering, APIs, and cloud-based architecture
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping, iterative testing, and agile methodologies
• Ability to function both independently and as part of cross-functional teams
