We are looking for a Business Application Consulting - ServiceNow Consulting - Sr Associate to work on consulting services for various business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to influence and consult around key technical decisions
- 2 years practitioner experience in Service Management
- 2 years experience facilitating requirements for ServiceNow platform implementation
- 1 year experience in platform configuration or similar tool configuration
- Project Management experience, with proven ability to lead projects
- Sales / Pre-Sales experience, with ability to identify additional client business
