We are looking for a Business Application Specialist to join our team at Wavin Shared Services in Poznan, Poland. The successful candidate will provide first-line support for users of selected IT group applications, administer and grant accesses to users, and participate in the implementation of new IT applications.

Requirements

  • Understanding of business processes and IT systems management standards
  • Knowledge of systems such as SAP, SAP VIM, Concur, Coupa, Weissr, ServiceNow
  • Skills in IT area
  • Cognitive curiosity and drive towards self-reliant verification and analysis of system possibilities and their development
  • Innovative and proactive approach to opportunities created by changes and flexibility
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite – particularly MS Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
  • Experience in project management and working within SSC area
