As a Business Development Sr Specialist - Acceleration Team - Customer Experience (CX) at SAP, you will be responsible for executing core demand generation activities, developing customer-specific proposals, and aligning with regional Account Executives (AEs) to identify customer targets. The ideal candidate will have a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong understanding of the CX competitive landscape and how to influence customer decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Customer engagement/Marketing/CRM business
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Excellent written communication, technical writing experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Background in sales, marketing, business development, or consulting
  • Experience in or familiarity with the Customer Experience software market (SAP CX, Salesforce, Microsoft CX, ServiceNow, Oracle CX, HubSpot, Commerce Tools, etc.)
