NTT DATA is seeking a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst With Secret Clearance to join their team in Arlington, Virginia. The successful candidate will assist with business process improvements by utilizing their business intelligence and data analytical skills across the client’s organization.

Requirements

• Provide Business Intelligence (BI) support for government Program Management Office initiatives
• Enhance and optimize SharePoint portals
• Deliver written and oral recommendations to government stakeholders
• Enhance product and service quality through continuous feedback and mentoring
• Define, develop, and institutionalize standards for BI processes
• Conduct process improvement initiatives
• Utilize customer, industry, and business trends to provide relevant insights
• Review, validate, and enhance business processes through the integration of advanced BI tools
• Provide feedback, mentoring, and training to staff on BI tools and process improvements
• Develop and institutionalize Business Process standards, templates, policies, and guidelines
• Support performance measurement and metrics analysis for government projects and programs
• Provide ITIL implementation and reporting expertise
• Utilize MS Office Suite, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office Project, MS SharePoint, MS Power BI, ServiceNow, MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, and Python
