We are seeking a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst With Secret Clearance to assist with business process improvements by utilizing business intelligence and data analytical skills across the client's organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in using IT applications to implement process improvement and reengineering methodologies.
Requirements
- Business Intelligence (BI) support for government Program Management Office initiatives
- Utilizing BI tools and APIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows
- Providing ITIL implementation and reporting expertise
- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office Project, MS SharePoint, MS Power BI, ServiceNow, MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, Python skills

Requirements Summary
