Business Operations Analyst - New Grad

ServiceNow is looking for a Business Operations Analyst - New Grad to join their team. The role involves managing master data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing UAT strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a full-time master's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university
• Graduating between December 2025 - May 2026
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Highly data-driven, analytical mindset and great attention to detail & passion for data integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Snowflake and Power BI preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Power Platform) is a plus
