DKC Group is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst to join our Management Consulting Practice, where the ideal candidate will support continuous improvement projects within the Unclaimed Property and the Field Enforcement Divisions on the behalf of a local State agency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years in business process analysis, documentation, SOP development, or process reengineering
- Current CBAP, PMI-PBA, CAPM, or equivalent certification
- Strong proficiency in Lean Six Sigma principles, guidelines, and models
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to successfully complete a security background investigation
- ONE (1) or more years' experience in a data visualization tool
