Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Business Quoting Specialist to join their Global Sales Operations team. This role will involve gathering requirements, designing, testing, and implementing Quote-to-Cash applications at scale. The specialist will interact with the business to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions and provide ongoing administrative support. This is a highly visible role supporting the CPQ process and leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in an IT /Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce and CPQ capabilities and limitations.
- Knowledge of product rules, price rules and approval rules.
- Experience with contract and subscription management.
- Experience with regression, UAT, and system integration testing.
- Experience with process documentation and enablement.
- Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Logik
