Requirements
- IT related bachelor's degree
- Understanding of IT hardware (servers, network devices, storage systems)
- Familiarity with DCIM tools (such as ServiceNow), and incident management/ticketing platforms
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and process compliance
- Excellent English communication skills for coordinating with vendors, technical teams, and client stakeholders
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
