Business System Analyst – Service Now (PL681)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business System Analyst to support HR Service Delivery, Strategic Portfolio Management, and IT Service Management platforms using ServiceNow. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring modules, and troubleshooting issues. Collaboration with developers and stakeholders is key.

Requirements

• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in the configuration and support of HRSD, SPM, and ITSM modules.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support testing efforts including writing test cases, performing UAT, and documenting results.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
