We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business System Analyst to join our global IT team, with a focus on supporting HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in a business analyst or system analyst role, preferably in HRSD, SPM, or ITSM domains.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
