Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work on innovative projects, collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team, and receive investment in your professional development. You will be responsible for transforming business requirements into an actionable backlog in Jira, working with the squad to manage and grooming the backlog, and ensuring all tasks requests are submitted for tracking and are on the squad Jira board.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• 5+ years of IT experience
• Outstanding prioritization, process, and project management skills
• Experience with Agile techniques and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira etc.)
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle management using Agile methodology
• Knowledge and experience in the following technologies: ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Office), Jira, Power BI
