Business Systems Analyst, HR Systems

As a Business Systems Analyst for our Workday & ServiceNow HR Systems, the successful candidate will help us support our global workforce in using and optimizing our systems usage. Partnering closely with HR, IT, leadership and multi-functional teams, you will support our strategic approach to systems used globally.

Requirements

• Testing experience (both end-to-end and user acceptance)
• Project management skills
• Superb communication (verbal, written and presentation skills)
• Experience working in a diverse, global organization
• Strategic, critical problem solver who isn’t afraid to get into the weeds; has a real passion for problem solving
• User-centric approach; able to understand how to deliver business objectives in ways that optimize the user experience
• Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization; influence behavior, and lead change
• High degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of systems, software development, and databases, familiarity with ServiceNow Or Workday required.
