Optimum is seeking a Business Technical Analyst to support Contact Centers and ensure IT stability. The role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, resolving issues, and collaborating with various business groups. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert who can resolve both system-wide problems and customer-related issues.

Requirements

  • Triage concerns and determine technical issues.
  • Manage system outages and vendor outages.
  • Monitor IVR and Chat application performance.
  • Manage virtual call center opening/closing.
  • Develop reports and analyze data.
  • Ensure system implementations comply with standards.
  • Develop documentation.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience is required. Knowledge of data management and troubleshooting is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important
