Requirements
- Understand the end-to-end customer journey
- Become the subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of API products
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill customer inquiries
- Communicate events that may cause impact or degraded performance for Payments and API products
- Assist with testing and readiness for the launch of new operational processes and platform features

Requirements Summary
