The Candidate Care Specialist at LHH is the primary point of contact for candidates, providing customer service, administrative support, and expertise in LHH’s career transition services. This role involves resolving candidate issues, navigating technical support, and ensuring a smooth communication process between internal teams and external parties. The role requires proactive engagement and a commitment to upholding LHH's brand image and standards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a professional, virtual contact center or similar environment.
  • Reliable internet access.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based phone systems such as Five9.
  • Ability to interpret complex information.
  • Fluency in French Canadian or Spanish (preferred).
  • Ability to work 4-6 hours per day / 20-30 hours per week in Pacific time.

Requirements Summary
