EY is seeking a CBS - MBA - Content CoE -TM Tech Content Specialist to join a Go-to-market focus within the EY and ServiceNow Alliance, supporting partner ecosystems. This role involves creating, developing, and delivering solutions marketing content for customer service workflows, analyzing market data, and collaborating with various teams to strengthen sales messaging and demonstrate value to customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized individual with strong communication and sales enablement skills.
Requirements
- Strong sales enablement & marketing experience in technology consulting (e.g., customer service, customer experience, and customer engagement space)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience developing sales enablement & marketing content including solutions briefs, first call presentations, offering pages, sector presentations, infographics, and battlecards
- Collaborative experience across a complex sales ecosystem
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience with Alliance/Partner programs in a professional services or technology company
