Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie (HMS) is seeking an Incident Manager to support its Information System transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incidents, ensuring service continuity, and coordinating with business teams, DSI HMS, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in incident management, support, or IT operations
  • Mastery of ITIL practices and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • Experience in crisis management and transverse coordination
  • Excellent communication, analysis, and organization skills
  • Natural leadership, service-oriented, and rigorous
  • Professional English (oral and written)
