We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Centralized Office Manager to manage daily operations at our Denver HQ and Colorado Data Center sites. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about keeping operations running efficiently across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, property management, facilities coordination, or a similar multi-site role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with lease administration or basic lease terms preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, and workplace tools like space planning software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
