The Change/Configuration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of the Information Technology Change Management Process, managing and facilitating Technical Review Board and Configuration Control Board, and providing on-site support to the government customer.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent + 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience leading Change / Configuration Management operations in an IT environment
- Experience with Change / Configuration Management tools and workflows
- Ability to facilitate meetings with Program and Government personnel
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior customers to field and troubleshooting questions and issue
- Works well inside team environment, positive can do attitude
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology, processes, and techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of MS Product Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Experience with ServiceNow
