The Change Management Analyst will manage the change process for Direct-to-Consumer businesses client applications and related software services. The role will facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings, manage change requests, and partner with delivery teams to ensure changes are reviewed and approved prior to execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a change management role
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITIL tool
