The Change Management Lead will govern every production change moving through USCIS enterprise environments, enforcing ITIL standards, automating approval workflows, and delivering granular analytics. They will also manage the CM team, prioritize tasks, and deliverables, and interface with DHS ICCB.

Requirements

  • Overall responsibility for managing the CM team, priority, status, and deliverables minister the enterprise Change Management program and interface with DHS ICCB.
  • Conduct daily Virtual CABs achieving 99 % same-day processing and automate VCAB minutes in ServiceNow.
  • Generate weekly and quarterly change-volume metrics; integrate CM oversight into AWS resources.
  • Review/approve CRs in ServiceNow/ServiceHUB within 1–7-day SLA.
  • Support break-fix/emergency changes.
