Change Manager - Finance

ServiceNow is seeking a Change Manager to develop and deliver core organizational change management capabilities for the Finance organization. This role focuses on creating next-generation workflows and empowering finance professionals with skills to deliver value to their business partners, leveraging AI and automation to transform the Finance function. The ideal candidate has experience leading change initiatives, understanding people-side change management, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 5+ Years in change management driving finance process and automation programs.
• Experience with enterprise finance software (Anaplan, SAP, Blackline, Kyriba, and finance-oriented AI tools).
• Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools (Prosci certification preferred).
• Experience with communications and training content development and delivery (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Collaboration with leadership and working teams, demonstrating authority and credibility.
• Proactive, hands-on delivery and customer-first mindset.
