- Team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Broad IT knowledge
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience interacting with all ITSM processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
