Change Manager

Kaseya is seeking a Change Manager to oversee the end-to-end change management process, ensuring efficient and risk-free changes in production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Change Management, with strong experience in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure Deployment and Software Development in Production Environments.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong understanding of CAB processes, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Proficiency with Change Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
