This role involves responding to inbound requests related to the NextWave partner program, including granting, validating access, ensuring compliance, and supporting partner enablement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant 7+ years experience managing, investigating, resolving high volume cases
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with passion for topics
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance)
  • Demonstrated ownership of a business domain or managing a business process
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
