Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Operations Specialist to support the channel partner ecosystem. This role will focus on managing inbound requests, providing support to channel partners, and contributing to partner program efficiency. The specialist will need to have a strong understanding of the Partner program, data governance, and Salesforce, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The position requires flexibility to work across various time zones and shifts.

Requirements

  • Relevant 5+ years experience managing, investigating, resolving high volume cases with email-based ticketing systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and experience with G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC.
  • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process.
