Piramal Group is seeking a Chief Manager / AGM with 15+ years of enterprise IT experience, including ServiceNow implementation and platform leadership. This role requires significant exposure to GxP-regulated environments and experience leading application modernization in the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will report to the Chief Information Office.
Requirements
- 15+ years of total experience in enterprise IT
- 8+ years in ServiceNow platform leadership
- Strong background in legacy migration
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, GRC, HRSD, App Engine)
- Understanding of CSV and auditing
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
