ServiceNow is seeking a Chief Transformation Officer/VP to engage with large customer C-Suite Executives and advise on strategic product and GTM strategy. The ideal candidate has extensive industry and operational transformational experience, with 20+ years of experience in large-scale Senior leader roles leading large technology organizations.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Extensive ServiceNow Platform/Portfolio practitioner experience as an executive leader driving scaled transformation with proven positive business outcomes
- 20+ years of experience in large-scale Senior leader roles leading large, cutting-edge technology organizations and achieving breakthrough business outcomes
- C-level or E/SVP level experience with $10B+ Rev.
- Experience leading business transformations at scale
- Extensive experience facing external customers articulating product benefits and being a customer trusted advisor
