Citrix Engineer

RMC is seeking a highly skilled Citrix Systems Engineer to manage complex IT infrastructures for government and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Citrix technologies, Windows, Active Directory, PowerShell, and DNS, and experience managing server environments in data centers. The role involves implementing and maintaining security protocols, automating system administration, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Build, configure, and deploy Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) systems.
• Manage system configurations, enforce security standards, and patch servers using WSUS, Group Policy, and Powershell.
• Administer and maintain Citrix NetScalers (physical and virtual).
• Maintain and upgrade Windows servers, applying necessary security measures.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and collaborate on customer application support.
• Collaborate with storage and virtualization teams to optimize system performance.
• Contribute to documentation and ServiceNow/Jira use.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, provide technical support, and advise on upgrades.
