VSO is seeking highly motivated individuals for a Desktop Support role in Aurora, CO. Responsibilities include workstation software support, asset recovery, and IT Service Management updates. The role requires a willingness to work onsite and may involve drug testing or alcohol testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop Support
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above (or willing to obtain it)
